To reach LNEC from the Underground station ALVALADE. At Alvalade station go through the automatic gates and after passing the ticket machines turn twice on your right side, into a tunnel leading to Praça de Alvalade. When you exit the tunnel turn left into Avenida da Igreja. Go up Av. Igreja to Av. Rio de Janeiro. Turn left and walk straight to the end of the street where you will be facing Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil. The total walking time should be about 7 minutes, at a leasured pace (see map). | ||
